How can I trust your company?
Over the past 2 years we have been given access to hundreds of servers for the installation, customization and/or repair of PHP scripts. We have no interest in ruining our reputation, we just want to help you run PHP scripts on your website. All your server information will be deleted from our database 24 hours after the installation is completed.
How long does the installation takes?
If you provided us the correct information and there is no major problem with your server, we will do the installation within 12 hours after you made the payment. In most cases it is done within 24 hours though.
I have ASP/CGI, can I run PHP scripts?
No, ASP and CGI scripts are different from PHP. If you don’t have PHP on your server, you won’t be able to run PHP scripts. On the other hand, PHP can be installed on many different systems (including Windows) and is already installed on many servers. See with your hosts if you are not sure about this.
What do you do with the server information?
We delete all your server information (FTP and, when applicable, MySQL) 24 hours after the installation has been completed without a problem. These additional 24 hours are useful in case there is a problem with the installation and we need to get back to it, that way we don’t have have to ask you again about them.
What is your money-back guarantee?
If, for any reason, we are not able to successfully install the script on your server, we will refund 100% of your payment, without any hassle. However, to make things easier, please make sure your server meets the script requirements (you can usually find this on the script’s official page).
Which version of the script will you install?
If it is a paid script and you provide the .zip file in your request, we will install the version you gave us. If no .zip file is provided, we will install the latest stable version of the script, except if you tell us (in the comment section) to install another version.
Will you install PHP/MySQL on my server?
No, you must have PHP (and MySQL if the script requires it) already installed on your server for us to be able to the scripts. The installation of PHP / MySQL is too long and unless you have your own dedicated server, we probably can’t do it anyway. Contact your host about it.
